Main Classification

HX-series three-phase AC electric arc furnaces are categorized into regular power, high power and ultra-high power based on rated power matching. Furnaces above 30t capacity can be selected in accordance with high-impedance EAF specifications.

Copper-steel composite conductive arm; tubular water-cooled furnace roof & furnace wall; Eccentric Bottom Tapping (EBT); energy-saving short net; large cross-section water-cooled cable; PLC basic control + IPC process control system; variable-frequency speed regulation; bundled oxygen lance & oxy-fuel burner; water-cooled door-mounted carbon-oxygen lance.
