Conductive Cross Arm

The conductive cross arm adopts a rectangular beam structure with full water cooling of copper-steel composite material and is fabricated by welding copper-steel composite plates. Its outer copper layer serves as the conductive path, integrating electrical conduction and electrode supporting into one component to guarantee sufficient hot-strength under operational conditions.

The electrode clamping mechanism is embedded in the arm body; three-phase assemblies are interchangeable. It adopts disc spring clamping plus hydraulic cylinder release design for easy maintenance and reliable service.The upright column and conductive arm are fastened by preloaded bolts, enabling fine adjustment of the arm to align three electrodes in proper position.

Both the electrode clamp (forged T2 copper) and electrode clamping hoop (304 stainless steel) are water-cooled. Featuring compact structure and low impedance, this conductive arm is widely applicable for Electric Arc Furnaces and Ladle Refining Furnaces.


Large Cross-Section Water-Cooled Cable

The cable is constructed by spirally winding multiple strands of copper stranded wire around an inner core pipe at specified pitch. After copper strands are firmly crimped with two end cable terminals, an outer rubber sheath is fitted over the assembly.


  1. Special rubber outer sheath equipped with buffer rings for extended service life.

  2. Excellent temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, high mechanical strength and anti-aging property for stable operation.

  3. Efficient cooling performance via internal circulating cooling water.
